I am thrilled at your interest in working with Featherlite Designs! In order to ensure a smooth design process and happy clients, I ask that all of my clients agree to these terms before hire. You will be emailed a design client contract with complete terms + conditions to sign prior to work commencing. For more information on how the design process works, head on over here.
An invoice and design contract will be presented to you prior to work commencing. Payments should be submitted via Interac e-transfer. By submitting your payment, you are agreeing to these terms. Due to the custom nature of design work, payments are non-refundable.
All forms of communication during the design process are considered confidential. Branding your business is a highly personal and creative endeavor, and at no time will this information be shared with others. Similarly, I ask the same of my clients; at no time should you forward or share our conversations with others.
Clients are expected to respond promptly to communications and design revisions; and have open communication throughout this process. This keeps us on schedule and driving towards the big launch!
A small credit link will be placed at the bottom of all blogs and websites. It is intended to stay in place as long as you use the design. If you significantly modify the design or layout, this link must be removed as it will no longer represent my design work.
